You can easily update NoRecibo from your phone’s application store.

  • 1. iPhone: Go to App Store FAQ App Store Icon , then tap Updates. Tap UPDATE next to NoRecibo
  • 1.1 Alternatively, go to App Store and search for NoRecibo. Tap UPDATE next to NoRecibo

We encourage you to always use the latest version of NoRecibo. Latest version contains the newest features and bug fixes.

We provide support for and recommend using the following devices:

iPhone running iOS 8+

To change the FAQ Email Icon email address, you must have access to both accounts, new and old.

Follow these steps:

  • 1. Tap Settings on the Tab Bar
  • 2. Tap Email Addresses
  • 3. Tap Change for the Primary email
  • 4. Login to your account with the current email address and the new email address
  • 5. You can receive a confirmation email to the new email address. Click on the link before the change is effective.
  • 6. Once you have completed the change, you can log out and log back in using the new address

You can do it from the app. Tap FAQ Settings Icon Settings on the tab bar, tap Account, tap Change Password. Enter your old and new password.

If you are logged into the app. Tap Settings on the tab bar, tap Account, tap Change Password. Click on the Forgot Password link.

You can do it from the app. Tap Settings on the tab bar, tap Account, tap Delete My Account. Enter your email address and password for security purpose and tap Delete My Account.

Once your account is deleted we will delete all your data and receipts from our servers!

To add a paper receipt FAQ Receipt Icon .

Follow these steps:

  • 1. Tap Scan on the Tab Bar
  • 2. Tap + on the top right
  • 3. Place the receipt on a dark background to take a new photo with your camera or choose the Photo & Video Library Icon to select a photo from your iPhone’s camera Rolls or albums

To add an FAQ Email Icon email receipt.

E-receipts are easy! Forward your e-receipts to receipts@norecibo.com. E-receipts should be forwarded using the email address that are associated with your NoRecibo account.

To add another email to your account, follow the following steps:

  • 1. Tap Settings on the Tab Bar
  • 2. Tap Email Addresses
  • 3. Tap Add email address

For receipts where we did not find a given data item, you can manually edit the field. Instructions for: How do I edit Receipt data?

To edit data, follow these steps:

  • 1. Select the receipt for which you want to edit the data
  • 2. Tap Edit on the top right
  • 3. Select the data that you want to edit and make necessary changes
  • 4. Tap Save on the top right

Tags helps you identify and organize receipts using terms such as Personal, Business, Travel, Client1, etc.

To tag a single receipt:

Follow these steps:

  • 1. Select the receipt that you want to tag and tap Tag icon
  • 2. Tap the + icon, type in the tag text and enter return on the keyboard or select the tag text from the drop down list

To tag multiple receipts Follow these steps:

  • 1. Go to the Receipts screen
  • 2. Tap Select on the top right
  • 3. Select receipts you want to tag
  • 4. Tap More on the bottom right
  • 5. Tap Tag Receipts
  • 6. Type in the tag text and enter return on the keyboard

In order to email receipt(s), your phone should be setup with Mail

To email a single receipt:

Select the receipt that you want to email and Tap Email icon

To delete multiple receipts:

Follow these steps:

  • 1. Go to the Receipts screen
  • 2. Tap Select on the top right
  • 3. Select receipts you want to email
  • 4. Tap More on the bottom right
  • 5. Tap Email Receipts

To delete a single receipt:

Currently, we only support receipts that are originated in United States of America.

Currently, there is no integration with QuickBooks or other accounting software, however you can select the receipts from the main page and select email FAQ Email Icon . The software will generate an Excel spreadsheet which can be easily imported into any accounting software.

Our app is totally free!

Privacy is very important to us. We built NoRecibo to help you manage your receipts and track your expenses. You receipts might contain the personal information Personally Identifying Information (PII), which is why we never share your information with anyone else.

We understand the need for privacy. Unlike other technologies, we never sell or share your data with anyone.

Keeping your data is very important to us. Your NoRecibo account is directly linked to your email address. Your account is safe as long as your email address and login information is secure.
