Software Engineering

WHAT WE DO:

You will be primarily responsible for leading the development of new robust feature sets for NoRecibo’s app. You will work closely with other developers, where responsibilities will include both front and back-end development and oversight.

Responsibilities

  • As a Full Stack Developer, you will be doing hands-on development, as well as, guiding the work of others.
  • You’ll be building enterprise quality web & mobile applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to built intuitive application.
  • You’ll be responsible for developing application and frameworks using JavaScript, CSS, HTML5 and analyzing use cases, usability, and design
  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams to prototype new concepts and deliver end-to-end systems

Qualifications

  • 5+ years professional Javascript experience (Node, React, etc.)
  • Experience working in GCP (Firebase, Pub/Sub, Storage, Cloud Function)
  • Git: Professional experience with version control
  • REST: Experience working with REST API's
  • Experience testing front and back end code
  • Experience building and maintaining web apps in production
  • A passion for web and app development with a strong desire to learn
  • A strong work ethic: ability to be self motivated and take ownership over tasks
  • A strong belief in equity and a desire to reduce structural inequality
  • Must be able to showcase prior working applications.
  • Must be able to provide sample work as requested.

Sales & Marketing

WHAT WE DO:

You will be a champion for NoRecibo products, and own and drive a deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and product requirements. These insights will enable you to design and execute on market development.
You will develop marketing strategies to drive the next wave of customer adoption. A focus of these activities will be designing, managing, and evaluating the output of the initiatives and programs you have designed. You will iterate based on customer feedback and product adoption successes and challenges. Along the way you will get feedback on NoRecibo App from customers, document requirement requests, and quantify ROI for those requests.

Responsibilities

  • Understand market trends, customer insights, barriers and competitive information to identify customer and purchaser needs for target segments.
  • Document requirements based on needs and insights, develop business cases to support needed requirements, communicate internally with product team to inform product development and inform product success metrics.
  • Drive understanding of customer segmentation, identify key targets within segments, and develop value proposition and positioning for targets.
  • Develop campaign strategy and direction by crafting, launching and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels, e.g., display, SEM, paid social, email, mobile, trade show/conferences, etc.

Qualifications

  • BA or BS degree, preferably in marketing. An MBA is preferred.
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Experience bringing new products to market is highly preferred.
  • Outstanding, proven communication skills (written, group presentations, etc.).
  • You're a concise and persuasive writer
  • You're a self-starter and comfortable powering through ambiguity to get to solutions

WHAT WE DO:

You will be responsible for business development of new products. You will be responsible for exploring, identifying, qualifying, and capturing new opportunities, and develop strategic direction for new products.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership in creating and executing proposal development strategies for current and new customers
  • Identify, qualify and build long-term profitable relationships with new and existing accounts.
  • Qualify and close award opportunities that meet both long and short-term goals.
  • Provide information and communication on the latest industry trends, competition and market changes.
  • Participate/lead client presentations.
  • Draft proposals for new business.
  • Receive information and act in a timely manner for effective follow up..
  • Perform market research and analysis.
  • Assist and update the web site, marketing metrics and other marketing materials.

Qualifications

  • BA or BS degree, preferably in marketing, engineering or life sciences. An MBA is preferred.
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Highly organized, superb writing skills, positive outgoing personality required
  • Outstanding, proven communication skills (written, group presentations, etc.).
  • Provide leadership in creating and executing proposal development strategies for current and new customers
  • You're a self-starter and comfortable powering through ambiguity to get to solutions
  • Identify and drive opportunities through the business acquisition process from identification to award
  • Strong IT background
  • Proficiency with MS office products to include MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
